To ensure a successful activation, please follow these steps when placing your order with HTV and HVOD products in your cart.
○ Begin by selecting an HTV product and providing your username. Add it to your cart.
○ From your cart, click on "HVOD ( Add on | Add Last )"
○ Select a HVOD product, provide same username as used for HTV product, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
○ In the email, you'll find payment instructions. Follow them accordingly.
○ All Support is done through an App called Band. You will receive instructions to join our Band Community with your service activation email. You will receive the service activation email once your successful payment has been authorized by management.
○ Support department does not handle the payment process. Please note if you contact support about payments, please be patient.
